Data Security & Offline Mode

All cloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard Firebase infrastructure. Furthermore, because the Ectoscale 6 supports a Fully Offline Local Access Mode, you are never required to connect your device to our cloud servers if you prefer absolute data privacy. You can operate the thermostat fully locally without an internet connection.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or telemetry data to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., Google Firebase, Stripe for payments) strictly for the purpose of operating our services.
